In celebration of the holiday/to help protect my delicate vegetarian eyes, some friend are visiting the Christmas Village for a few days. There isn’t a ton of things to do here, so we “stole” the projector from my Dar Chebab, and had some fun

“Bismillah” is a phrase that is said before beginning any task. Before eating, before entering a room, before leaving for travel, before holding a baby , etc. Most often you hear it said when you are about to eat so I decided to paint this onto my kitchen wall. In the song “Bohemian Rhapsody”, Bismillah is part of the lyrics! Awesome fun fact!
Why is bismallah said? Is it supposed to be giving thanks?
It technically means, “in the name of God.”
I think that was a good use of your time while you avoided the silencing of the lambs.
